Every player goes through a live drafting process where team owners bid for your spot, recreating the pressure of a professional league. This process forces you to adapt to team dynamics and handle the nerves of a competitive match before you even step on the court. We move away from routine drills in the Super League. While our daily training focuses on the basics—footwork, grip, and stroke mechanics—this league is about execution under pressure. You are placed into teams led by experienced owners and icon players, creating an environment that mimics competitive tournaments. ### Why the Super League matters Most summer camps offer repetition, but we offer application. In our league, you face different opponents and tactical situations that standard practice cannot simulate. You learn to read your opponent, manage match fatigue, and contribute to a team score. ### League Structure * **Live Auction:** Every participant is drafted, ensuring balanced teams. * **Team Dynamics:** You work with a designated owner and coach to build strategies, just like in professional leagues. * **Match Standards:** We use feather shuttles and follow official scoring, providing the most accurate simulation of district or state-level events possible. This is not just for advanced players. We integrate this tournament into our summer training to ensure that even intermediate students learn how to think, compete, and recover. Whether you are aiming for the trophy or simply looking to sharpen your tactical game, this league provides the platform. ## About Thane Badminton Academy We have been training players in Thane since 1988, focusing on the basics first.
