By integrating the Super League tournament, professional nutrition seminars, and dedicated strength conditioning, we ensure that you are not just learning to play, but learning to compete at a high level. Whether you are at our Khandu Rangne or Shahid Tukaram Ombaale halls, the focus remains on building the right technique from day one. Since 1988, our approach to the summer season has remained focused on strong foundations. We do not believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a beginner picking up a racquet for the first time or a tournament player sharpening your tactical edge, our training is broken down into precise, actionable modules. **Training Structure** Our curriculum is divided into two distinct paths: the 20-day Foundation Camp and the 40-day Pro Camp. The Foundation path is strictly about correcting grips, mastering footwork, and ensuring your body position is mechanically sound. We use ladder drills, resistance band training, and shadow practice to build the muscle memory required for the game. For those in the Pro Camp, the intensity shifts. You will participate in the Summer Camp Super League, a critical feature that forces you to apply your training in a live, pressure-filled competitive environment complete with umpires and scoring. This bridges the gap between practice and tournament performance. **Holistic Development** Badminton is as much a mental game as a physical one. That is why our camp includes seminars on sports nutrition and injury prevention. We have brought in experts—including former IPL team nutritionists—to teach our students how to fuel for recovery and sustained energy. We also prioritize discipline, focus, and match-strategy. **Our Facilities** Training occurs across our dedicated halls, providing a controlled environment with consistent floor quality. We maintain a strict student-to-coach ratio (1:15 to 1:20) to ensure that every student gets individual correction rather than just standing in a queue. Our coaches, many of whom are national-level players, supervise every aspect of the camp.
