Our coaching team, including specialists like Kabir Kanzarkar and Jeet Shirodkar, uses video analysis and tactical match simulations to fix your mechanics. Before you join, we evaluate your current level to ensure our intensive training style matches your competitive goals, whether you are aiming for district titles or national rankings. ### The Coaching Philosophy: Sarvangin Vikas Our program goes beyond hitting shuttles. We focus on 'sarvangin vikas' or all-round growth. Led by Chief Coach Shri. Shrikant Vad, a recipient of the Shiv Chhatrapati Jeevan Gaurav Award, we believe that technique is only half the battle. A true champion needs discipline, physical conditioning, and mental resilience. ### Meet Your Mentors - **Shri. Shrikant Vad:** With nearly four decades of experience, he oversees the curriculum and tactical development. - **Kabir Kanzarkar & Jeet Shirodkar:** Our stroke specialists who focus on technical corrections and match-play efficiency. - **Akshay Dewalkar & Akash Shinde:** Our doubles strategy and fitness experts who ensure you have the endurance and tactical IQ to outlast opponents. ### Why Train With Us We are not a casual hobby center. If you are serious about competing at the BWF international circuit or the National Games, we provide the environment you need. We maintain a rigorous standard: 6 days of training, off-court conditioning, and professional-grade feather shuttle usage. Our coaches are BWF-certified and constantly updating their knowledge to ensure our players stay ahead of the curve. We provide the ecosystem—you provide the hunger. If you are ready for the grind, we are ready to guide you. ## About Thane Badminton Academy We have been running this academy in Thane since 1988 with one goal: building champions.
