Sponsorship isn't just about branding; it is about budget allocation for essentials that define a tournament's quality—supplying match-grade AS-50 shuttles, bringing in state-certified umpires, and providing on-site physiotherapy. These partnerships allow us to run events that feel like a career milestone rather than just a weekend match. ### Building a Sustainable Ecosystem Organizing a badminton tournament in Thane that stands the test of time requires more than just booking a hall. It requires an ecosystem. Over our three decades of operations, we have learned that the quality of an event is directly tied to the strength of its partnerships. ### Why We Partner with Industry Leaders We collaborate with brands that have a long-term commitment to the sport. When a partner like Saraswat Bank or a dedicated sports shop joins us, they provide the financial and material resources that allow us to focus on the technical details: * **Match Infrastructure:** Ensuring every court meets BWF-standard specifications, from lighting to mat quality. * **Technical Officiating:** Hiring state-certified officials and service judges to ensure fair play, which is critical for ranking-point tournaments. * **Player Recognition:** Professional ceremonies, high-quality trophies, and photography that give young players a sense of achievement and history. ### Our Process for Potential Partners We do not look for transactional sponsorships. We look for partners who want to contribute to the 'sarvangin vikas' (all-round growth) of the player. Whether it is a corporate house looking to host a private league or a brand wanting to connect with the sports community in Thane, our focus is on creating a professional environment where the game is the primary beneficiary. We handle the logistics—from scheduling and draws to PA systems and venue maintenance—so our partners can focus on supporting the players who will eventually represent India. ## About Thane Badminton Academy We have been building players and the sport in Thane since 1988.
