My team handles the entire technical architecture of your event, from managing certified officiating panels and online draw scheduling to ensuring BWF-standard wooden court conditions at facilities like Khandu Rangnekar Hall. When you trust us with your event, you are getting an end-to-end execution that prioritizes fair play and a professional match environment for every participant. With decades of experience recognized by the Shiv Chhatrapati Jeevan Gaurav Award, I approach every tournament as an opportunity to build the sport's foundation. Whether it is a local housing society match, a corporate league, or a state-level championship, the principles remain the same: discipline, rigorous structure, and respect for the game. ### Our Event Execution When I manage an event, I utilize the same technical rigour I use for elite training. This includes: * **Technical Compliance:** Adherence to Maharashtra Badminton Association and BAI rules, managed by state-certified technical officials. * **Infrastructure:** Access to professional-grade facilities, specifically the Khandu Rangnekar Badminton Hall, featuring BWF-standard synthetic Hova mats and high-quality lighting. * **Player Experience:** From hydration stations and physio support to live scoring displays, I ensure that players receive a professional experience regardless of their age or rank. ### A Commitment to the Community My goal has always been 'sarvangin vikas' (all-round growth) for our athletes. By organizing tournaments, I am not just creating a platform for competition; I am providing the 'building blocks' that turn a regular player into a champion. I have seen juniors, seniors, and 75+ veterans alike find their rhythm on these courts. If you are looking to host a tournament in Thane, I bring a wealth of administrative network—including partnerships with key industry brands—to ensure your event is well-resourced, prestigious, and operationally flawless. ## About Thane Badminton Academy I have spent decades building the foundation for badminton in Thane, believing that discipline is the bridge between a beginner and a champion. Whether I am managing a district championship or mentoring young players, my focus remains on creating an environment where the sport can truly thrive.
