Whether it is spearheading the Khandu Rangnekar Badminton Hall extension or facilitating district-level championships, we ensure the infrastructure is there to support your growth. We focus on managing the back-end of your development—the courts, the equipment, and the competitive platforms—so you can focus solely on your training and performance. For 99 years, Arya Krida Mandal has stood as a pillar of the Thane sports community. Our leadership initiatives are rooted in one clear goal: 'Sarvangin Vikas' (all-round growth). We understand that champions are not made in isolation; they are built in environments that provide access to world-class synthetic courts, physio support, and consistent, high-level competition. By actively engaging with local sports associations, government bodies, and the wider community, we ensure that the sport remains accessible and competitive. We regularly host state-level tournaments and inaugurate facility expansions like the recent project at Dadoji Kondadev Stadium to provide more court time for budding players. This infrastructure is the backbone of our 'general player to champion' philosophy. When we felicitate players like Malvika Bansod or celebrate the victories of our district teams, we are not just handing out awards; we are showing every student in our academy what is possible with discipline. We bridge the gap between being a local player and reaching the national stage by providing the logistical support required to keep a serious training ecosystem running smoothly. ## About Thane Badminton Academy I am Shrikant Vad. My role is to make sure that the facilities, the competitive opportunities, and the daily logistics of the academy are handled so you can focus entirely on your game. We are not just running a coaching center; we are maintaining a legacy that supports every player from their first grip to their national podium finish.
