Like our founder always says, "Lahanpanich foundation mazboot karaycha" (Build a strong base from childhood). You’ll see me and my team putting extra effort into basics - footwork, body position, and stroke mechanics, because that’s what sets you up for real progress. ### Growth On & Off Court Badminton here is more than just rallies. You’ll get: - Stamina and reflexes that help you both on and off the court - Mental sharpness - expect lots of focus, strategy, and quick decisions - Discipline and confidence that comes from pushing yourself - Supportive squad vibes - we train together but also build friendships ### For Every Player Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or hunting for national medals. We’ve got: - Batches for kids, teens, and adults - Structured groups for beginner badminton training, intermediate, and advanced competitive players - Dedicated para-athlete badminton sessions ### Our Training Mix You’ll train with coaches who actually know their stuff. Expect: - Precision stroke drills and advanced badminton drills - Agility ladders, footwork hurdles, tactical game scenarios - Badminton fitness workouts, strength and stamina sessions - Tips on sports nutrition and access to physio if you need ### Results That Show Our players keep scoring wins at district, state, and national tournaments. If you want to move from "general player to champion" (ek general player to champion bannysathi), this is where you’ll get the tools and guidance for it. ## Highlights Browse through Thane Badminton Academy's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/thanebadmintonacademy/badminton-coaching-programs/featured) - [Video: Our coaching philosophy is built on one core principle: "Lahanpanich foundation mazboot karaycha" (Build a strong base from childhood).
