Whether you have a compact living room or a sprawling banquet hall, our process starts with measuring your space to ensure our backdrops and marquee lights fit perfectly without overwhelming the room. We balance the balloon garlands, floral arches, and props so your guests still have plenty of space to move, mingle, and dance without feeling crowded by the setup. ### Our Approach to Milestone Decor We treat every party as a blank canvas. From a first birthday to a golden anniversary, we build the environment from the ground up based on your vision. We handle everything from the initial truss construction to the final lighting adjustments. ### Decoration Packages We offer three distinct tiers to match different event scales and budgets: * **Essential Home & Small Hall Decor:** Designed for intimate gatherings. This includes an 8x8ft backdrop, 300+ balloon garlands, and cake plinths. Perfect for living room parties. * **Premium Milestone Banquet Decor:** Designed for larger venues. This includes a 10-12ft shimmer or floral wall, 4ft LED marquee numbers, and custom flooring. This setup creates a focal point that anchors a larger banquet hall. * **Grand Themed Venue Transformation:** For those who want full immersion. We cover 2000-3000 sq ft with ceiling draping, large structural props (like custom gate builds), and lounge setups. Ideal for milestone celebrations requiring a full room makeover. ### Practical Tips for Your Event * **Theme Consistency:** Don't mix too many styles. Pick one anchor theme like Carnival, Jungle, or Hollywood, and let us build the color palette and props around it. * **Photo Zones:** In today's social media age, a dedicated photo corner is essential. We use neon signs, vintage-style booths, and floral frames to create spots that encourage guests to capture the moment. * **Lighting:** Many clients overlook this, but lighting changes the mood of an event entirely. We use LED Par cans and fairy light tunnels to elevate the atmosphere once the sun goes down or the lights dim in your hall. We take projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, Pune, and beyond for destination events. Tell us your date and venue, and we will advise you on the best setup that fits your available space. ## About Thakkar Decorators We are the team behind the transformations you see in these photos. We take your vision and build it from the ground up, making sure every balloon and light is in the right spot. If you want a party that gets your guests talking, let us handle the heavy lifting.
