When we manage a public space, we coordinate with local authorities to ensure all structures, from heavy-duty trusses to main stage fabrications, meet required safety standards. We do not just put up decorations; we engineer the entire setup to handle the foot traffic and weather conditions of a public venue. Managing a public or cultural event requires a different level of planning than a private gathering. When you have thousands of people attending, the aesthetics must survive the crowds and the elements. We have years of experience building for high-profile public events in Mumbai, including the T20 World Cup victory parade and the iconic Lalbaugcha Raja processions. Our process starts with site engineering. We assess the venue for load-bearing capacity, wind resistance for temporary structures, and the safest entry and exit points for attendees. Our service for these events includes: * **Structural Fabrication:** We use professional-grade trusses, plywood pasting, and scaffolding to build stages that hold their own against massive crowds. * **Regulatory Compliance:** We are experienced in working with BMC guidelines and local authority permissions, which is crucial for any public gathering in the city. * **Logistics & Timeline:** For events like the Gateway of India cultural nights or stadium parades, timing is everything. We schedule our setup and teardown to match strict event windows, often working in 24 to 48-hour sprints to ensure zero disruption to the main program. Whether it is a festival tunnel for Holi, a stage for a Republic Day event, or a setup for a city-wide procession, our goal is to maintain the same quality and detail we put into our private weddings. We ensure the wiring, lighting, and stage mechanics are as reliable as they are visually impressive. ## About Thakkar Decorators We are the crew you see on the ground leading the build, whether it is a small puja or a stadium full of people.
