Whether we are setting up in a tight living room or an expansive outdoor lawn, our team prioritizes structural stability first. We secure every backdrop and lighting rig before moving on to the intricate floral layering and tabletop styling that you see in the final photos. A finished event space often looks effortless, but the reality involves a significant amount of coordination and physical labor. Our team handles everything from the initial stage carpentry to the electrical work required for professional lighting. When we take on a project, we look at the venue with a producer's eye. We assess the height of the ceilings, the quality of the light, and the stability of the floor to ensure that our structures stand firm throughout your celebration. Our crew is trained to manage the specific constraints of different locations. For example, setting up a mandap in a hotel banquet requires different rigging techniques than installing a theme on a lawn in Lonavala. We bring the same level of attention to small house pujas as we do to large-scale community events. This means we manage the logistics of transport, the assembly of heavy props, and the delicate handling of fresh flowers to keep them vibrant. Transparency is part of our process. By showing you how we work, we want you to feel confident that your event is in capable hands. You will see our team managing the setup timeline, adjusting lights, and making last-minute refinements to ensure the space looks perfect when your guests arrive. We take care of the heavy lifting so you can focus on the celebration. ## About Thakkar Decorators I am from the team at Thakkar Decorators.
