Whether you join our Zumba session, a Bollywood batch, or a corporate group, I break down every step so you won't feel awkward even if you think you have two left feet. We keep the music loud, the energy high, and the moves simple enough that you will be smiling through the whole hour. ### Dance Your Heart Out in Noida When you walk into my TFC DanceFit Studio in Sector 47, the goal is simple: have fun. I focus on 'Bolly-Hop' and freestyle routines that are easy to pick up, regardless of whether you have danced for years or are stepping onto a floor for the first time. **What You Can Expect** * **Variety of Styles:** We rotate through everything from high-energy Bollywood tracks to modern Hip-Hop and traditional Garba. If you are here for fitness, my Zumba and cardio-dance sessions are perfect for burning calories without it feeling like a workout. * **Inclusive Environment:** I teach everyone—from groups of ladies looking for a fun evening out, to corporate teams wanting to break the ice, and even little cuties who just want to move around. * **Flexible Options:** Don't live near Sector 47? No stress. I offer online choreography sessions that allow you to join the class from anywhere in India or even abroad. We use simple, step-by-step techniques that work just as well over a video call as they do in the studio. ### Why Choose My Classes? I have been dancing since I was a kid—it really is my *bachpan ka pyar* (childhood love). That passion is what I bring to every single session. I don't believe in stiff, complicated routines that make you feel self-conscious. My choreography is designed to be catchy, accessible, and most importantly, enjoyable. You will learn the steps quickly, gain confidence, and have a great time doing it. ## About TFC Performing Arts I’m Gaurish, and dance is my bachpan ka pyar.
