Our sessions run on a strict 1:12 coach-to-player ratio to ensure every kid gets real correction on their stance and touch. You will see them rotating between high-intensity agility work, cone drills for ball control, and tactical positioning so they are not just running around—they are learning to read the play. ### Why We Don't Do Generic Drills Football is about decisions, not just kicking a ball. Our training methodology is built to push players out of their comfort zones. Whether it is a 6-year-old learning to dribble or a teenager prepping for league match-day, we focus on high-repetition drills that build muscle memory. ### What Your Child Learns * **Technical Skill:** We hammer the basics. Cone work for dribbling, passing squares, and shooting mechanics. It is all about the first touch and keeping your head up. * **Tactical Awareness:** Football is played in the head before it is played on the feet. We teach off-the-ball movement, positioning, and how to read the game in 7v7 or 5v5 formats. * **Physical Conditioning:** We do not just stand around. We integrate agility ladder work, resistance bands, and sprint drills to build stamina. If you train with us at our Juhu or Versova beach sessions, expect high-resistance endurance work that separates the good from the great. ### Our Training Locations We operate out of premium turf facilities across Mumbai to ensure players have the best surface to train on. Find us at: * **Andheri West (Kohinoor Turf):** Mon, Wed, Fri * **Jogeshwari West (G.O.A.T Turf):** Mon, Wed, Fri * **Malad West (Players Turf):** Tue, Thu We are serious about development. If you are looking for shortcuts, look elsewhere. If you are ready to sweat for your goals, we are ready to coach you. ## About Total Football Academy We are not just a coaching center; we are a football family building mentality monsters.
