We focus on the flow of your area—where the sun hits, where you need privacy from neighbors, and how to balance heavy structures like pergolas with lighter elements. We assess your floor type and sunlight exposure first to ensure that materials like WPC decking or high-density turf will hold up to the local weather without requiring constant maintenance. When we take on a project, we look at the specific 'why' behind it. Some clients want a productive outdoor kitchen, while others just want a quiet corner to have evening chai away from the noise of the city. ### How We Approach Design We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. A balcony makeover usually starts with floor preparation—often using interlocking deck tiles or artificial turf to cover unsightly cement. From there, we build vertically. If you are short on space, we install green wall mats or hanging planters to add life without cluttering your floor. ### Structural Elements For larger terraces, we design custom pergolas and seating areas. We use MS hollow pipes or seasoned wood to build structures that last. We make sure these are finished with weather-resistant coatings, so you aren't dealing with rust or rot after one monsoon season. ### The 'Sukoon' Factor Often, the biggest missing piece is atmosphere. We integrate water features—like wall-mounted waterfalls or small Buddha-themed ponds—to mask city noise. Combined with ambient LED lighting or simple string lights, these additions turn a concrete slab into a place where you actually want to spend time. If you have specific ideas or a budget in mind, tell us early; we can adjust the scope from a simple cosmetic refresh to a full-scale lounge renovation. ## About Terrace Garden Makeovers We are Nitin and Anita, a husband-wife duo. We started this because we saw too many sad, empty rooftops in our city and knew they could be havens instead. We handle the design, the labor, and the details so you don't have to deal with the construction mess.
