We do not just slap a single mat on your wall; we mix different foliage textures—ferns, boxwood, and grasses—to break up the pattern and make it look dense, natural, and realistic. Even in a dark corner or a sun-baked balcony, these panels hold their color without needing a single drop of water, giving you that garden vibe instantly. If you have a balcony that gets harsh afternoon sun, or an indoor wall that stays too dark for real plants, a living wall just won't survive. That is where our artificial green walls become the practical solution. We install high-density foliage panels, typically 50-80mm deep, which gives the wall a rich, bushy texture that looks like a thriving, healthy garden. ### Our Installation Process We do not believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. We start by mounting a sturdy metal grid or ply backing to your surface. This creates a secure, flat foundation that handles the weight and keeps the wall stable. Once the frame is up, we hand-blend different plant types—mixing varying shades of green, different leaf shapes, and flower accents—to ensure the layout looks random and organic, not like a repeating plastic stamp. ### Durability and Care These are not the thin, shiny mats you might find in a department store. We use commercial-grade foliage with built-in UV protection, rated to stay vibrant for 3 to 5 years even when exposed to direct sunlight. Maintenance is effectively zero. You won't need to worry about irrigation, drainage, or attracting bugs. If they get dusty, simply hose them down or give them a quick wipe. It is the fastest way to hide a boring wall or create privacy without the stress of daily plant care. ## About Terrace Garden Makeovers We started Terrace Garden Makeovers over chai on our own rooftop, dreaming of a greener city.
