## About Before & After: The Magic of Transformation

Every transformation begins by addressing the site's unique challenges—whether it is drainage, structural weight, or simply a lack of vision. We don't just add pots; we plan layouts that work for your daily routine, whether that is a quiet corner for morning tea or a full entertainment zone for evening parties. What you see in these before-and-after shots is the result of proper waterproofing, structural planning, and lighting design that makes your space usable long after the sun goes down.

### Turning Your Rooftop into a Sanctuary

A terrace is often the most neglected part of an Indian home—a place for water tanks, laundry, and debris. At TGI, we view this as a blank canvas. Our transformation process is designed to be systematic and stress-free:

* **Site Analysis & Planning:** We start with a site visit to understand your space, measuring dimensions and identifying the real challenges. From small balconies in Delhi to sprawling rooftops in Mumbai, we tailor every layout.
* **The 3D Advantage:** Before any brick is laid, we provide 3D walkthroughs. This allows you to see the final look, avoiding any surprises and ensuring the space reflects your personal style.
* **Structural Integrity & Aesthetics:** We focus on the heavy-duty stuff that makes a garden last. This includes durable MS pergolas, proper waterproofing, and anti-skid flooring. We then layer in the aesthetics—vertical gardens, ambient lighting, and bespoke furniture—to create a functional outdoor living room.

### Why 'Before & After' Matters

These photos aren't just for show. They demonstrate our commitment to utility. Whether you need a low-maintenance, budget-friendly makeover or a luxury glasshouse and civil suite, we ensure the build quality matches the visual appeal. We handle the entire execution in-house, so you aren't managing multiple vendors. When we hand over the space, it’s clean, functional, and ready for you to enjoy.

Ready to see your space on this page? Whether it’s a barren concrete slab or a cluttered balcony, we have a design plan that fits your lifestyle.

## About Terrace Garden

I'm the lead designer at TGI, and I believe a roof shouldn't just be an empty slab. I look at your space and think about how you will actually live there—where you'll sit, how the light will hit, and what will make you want to step outside every single day. My job is to handle the technical mess so you get a finished, beautiful garden.
