It is the result of a daily 5-hour regimen. When you look at Aarjun’s trajectory from rank 886 to the top, you see the output of our 'chal, chal, chal' coaching philosophy. We do not just teach strokes; we map out your tournament schedule, manage your nutrition, and handle the complex NCAA recruiting process so your only job is to perform on court. ### The Blueprint of a Champion Building a national player requires more than just showing up. At Tennis Vidyalaya, we treat tennis like a science. We move players through the U-12, U-14, U-16, and U-18 categories with a specific goal in mind: long-term development. Whether you are aiming for an AITA ranking, ITF circuit points, or a scholarship to a U.S. college, the process is identical. ### Our Training Pillars - **Data-Driven Performance:** We use periodic video analysis to break down serve biomechanics and grip adjustments. If your technique has a flaw, the data catches it before a tournament opponent does. - **Tournament Strategy:** We do not just send you to play random matches. We identify which tournaments build the profile coaches want to see. From local AITA events to ITF international grades, every match is selected to maximize your ranking. - **The Grind:** Our sessions include high-volume drilling on red clay to focus on sliding mechanics and point construction. We add specialized tennis fitness, including footwork ladders and plyometrics, because when the match enters the third hour, the fitter player wins. ### Beyond the Court We provide end-to-end support. For those targeting U.S. universities, we handle the recruitment reel, university shortlisting, and scholarship negotiation. We have placed athletes in NCAA Division 1 and 2 programs by ensuring their academic and athletic portfolios are ready long before the application window closes. If you are ready to work hard, we are ready to run this race with you. ## About Tennis Vidyalaya We are Tennis Vidyalaya. We do not just coach tennis; we build champions. If you want a casual hit, you are in the wrong place. If you want to compete at the state, national, or collegiate level, we are ready to grind with you.
