Beyond the physical drills at our MSSA hard courts, we focus on mental conditioning, teaching you to handle pressure points just like a tournament player. At TenniStation, we believe tennis coaching is about more than just hitting balls. We structure our programs to build a technical foundation while keeping your motivation high. ### Our Coaching Approach We don't believe in one-size-fits-all training. Our sessions are designed to move you forward, whether you are a complete beginner or a competitive player. * **Technical Foundations:** We prioritize grip corrections, swing path adjustments, and solid serving mechanics from day one. * **Mindset Training:** Mental toughness is woven into every drill. You will learn to manage performance anxiety, develop pre-point rituals, and stay focused when the match gets tough. * **Performance Drills:** We run live-ball drills, volley reactions, and tactical point play to simulate real match conditions, not just empty practice. ### Program Options Depending on your schedule and goals, we offer two primary formats: 1. **Seasonal Tennis & Fitness Camps:** Ideal for consistent growth. These 4-week programs include 20 sessions covering agility, technical drills, and mental conditioning. We train at the MSSA Outdoor Premium Hard Courts in Mumbai. 2. **Mindset & Strategy Clinics:** A 2-day intensive for intermediate and advanced players. This focuses specifically on match psychology, tactical decision-making, and court positioning. We welcome students of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—to join our community in Mumbai and Vidisha.
