At our Pitampura courts, we specifically focus on mental recovery after losing a point and strategic placement, which is exactly how our players like Daksh and Srishti have consistently secured podium finishes in DDA and Inter-School opens. The transition from U-12 to U-14 is where most players quit because the game changes. It is no longer just about getting the ball over the net; it is about match strategy, stamina, and handling the pressure of a tie-break. My training sessions for seniors are designed to mimic real tournament conditions. ### Why Our Training Works - **Red Clay Advantage:** We train on outdoor red clay, which slows the game down and forces players to develop patience, spin control, and endurance. - **Mental Toughness:** Tennis ka asli maza pressure mein hai. We simulate high-stakes scenarios so that when you step into an AITA or CBSE National match, the environment feels familiar, not intimidating. - **Match-Play Focus:** We don't just do drills. We emphasize the round-robin format, ensuring every player gets enough match time to learn from their mistakes and adjust their game. ### Our Roadmap to Competitive Success We provide a clear path for serious competitors. Whether you are aiming for AITA rankings, school nationals, or prize money open tournaments, our program covers: - **Technical Refinement:** Fixing flaws in stroke play before they become bad habits. - **Tournament Exposure:** Regular participation in local and state-level opens to keep your ranking current. - **Recovery & Fitness:** Understanding that a champion protects their body. We teach stretching and injury management, like how our players managed to perform through injuries and still secure podiums. If you have the discipline, I have the plan. Let’s get to work. ## About ILTA Tennis Academy I have no time for players who just want to hit balls for fun. If you want to compete in AITA or CBSE tournaments, you need to be ready for hard work on our red clay courts. I focus on building the grit required to win matches under pressure, not just playing for medals.
