Our competitive track is designed for players actively targeting AITA rankings. We combine 6-day training regimes with daily fitness drills and tactical match simulations, ensuring our students are prepared for the physical and mental demands of the National Series circuit. If you are looking to transition from recreational play to serious tournament competition, let's discuss the tactical adjustments required for your level. ### High-Performance Tennis Training Transitioning to the competitive circuit is a significant step. Our coaching team, including Harsh, Ominder, Radhe, and Deepak, focuses on the specific requirements of AITA and Asian Tennis Federation (ATF) tournaments. We do not just teach strokes; we prepare players for the realities of match play. #### The Competitive Regime Our High-Performance track operates on a 6-day weekly schedule. This consistency is non-negotiable for tournament success. The training is comprehensive: * **Tactical Simulation:** We drill scenarios common in competitive matches to ensure players make the right decisions under pressure. * **Mental Conditioning:** Tennis is a game of recovery. We train players to maintain focus after a lost point or a difficult set. * **Physical Fitness:** Dedicated off-court sessions cover agility ladders, core strength, and endurance. This prevents common injuries and keeps players sharp during long tournament weeks. * **Technical Precision:** We analyze and correct strokes specifically for clay court surfaces, which are standard for most AITA tournaments in Delhi and beyond. #### Why Our Players Succeed Success at the National Series level, as achieved by students like Navya Yadav and Jeetesh Kumari, is a result of this environment. We treat training like the competition itself. Players practice with standard pressure balls and must maintain rigorous discipline regarding footwear and equipment. Furthermore, our academy's involvement in international tours and Davis Cup-related activities gives our students a unique perspective on professional standards. We invite you to bring your child for an assessment to see if this rigorous track aligns with their competitive goals. ## About Tennis by ActiveAce We are the team behind Tennis by ActiveAce.
