Whether you are a total beginner learning your first grip or a junior player chasing an AITA ranking, my process remains the same: identify the weakness, fix the technique, and build the mental toughness to win. If you're losing power, we fix it at the source, not just by hitting more balls. * **Tactics:** You'll learn shot selection and point construction. Knowing where to hit is just as important as knowing how to hit. * **Fitness & Nutrition:** You can't play a three-hour match if your body isn't ready.
