They're about playing real points against new people on my clay courts in Kadubeesanahalli. You get the structure of a competitive match without the pressure, making it the perfect way to see how your practice drills actually hold up under game conditions. Most students spend hours on 'bucket feeding' drills, but point-play is a completely different beast. My tournaments help bridge that gap. When you step onto the clay for a match, you have to think about strategy, placement, and consistency in a way that static drills cannot teach you. It is exactly why I encourage all my adult students to participate. We keep the environment friendly and focused on the 'tennislife' community vibe. It is not about proving who is the best, but about pushing yourself and having fun. For corporate teams, these tournaments are a great team-building exercise that gets everyone away from their desks and onto the court. We handle the structure and organization, so your team just needs to bring their energy and their rackets. If you are looking to get more 'match practice' on a surface that is easy on the knees, these events are the right place to start. ## About First Touch Tennis Academy I'm Suresh Reddy. For me, tennis is about that 'first touch' of the racket and seeing my students grow. I organize these events because watching everyone push each other and celebrate those hard-won points is the best part of my job.
