When experts like Raghunath Gupta, Subhash Rao, and Mangesh Iname step onto the court, they bring their own real-time match experience to your training. This means the tactical advice you receive isn't just theory from a textbook; it is the same strategy they use to win trophies, which helps you learn exactly how to handle pressure during your own matches. At Tennace Academy, we believe you cannot teach what you have not mastered yourself. That is why our coaching panel is strictly comprised of players who are still active on the competitive circuit. ### Why Our Coaching Matters - **Technical Mastery:** Raghunath Gupta brings over two decades of experience with national-level athletes. He is our technical maestro who focuses on bio-mechanical efficiency—ensuring your hip rotation and kinetic chains are optimized to prevent injury and generate power. - **Tournament Mentality:** You will see our coaches, including Subhash Rao and Mangesh Iname, regularly competing and winning in AITA-sanctioned events. They don't just hold the racket for you; they show you how it's done under game conditions. - **The 'Phatka' Philosophy:** We don't rely on generic drills. Our coaches teach you how to hit with intent. Whether it is refining your serve toss or correcting your footwork, every instruction is designed to turn your shots into weapons, not just rally balls. ### Our Approach to Development We keep our squad sizes small with a 1:4 or 1:5 ratio. This ensures that every student gets direct, unfiltered feedback. If you are struggling with a specific stroke or failing to close out a set, our coaches can pinpoint the exact mechanical error in real-time. We focus on the '45 and 8' rules of movement and the mental discipline required to play long matches. If you are looking for someone to just feed you easy balls, look elsewhere. If you are looking to grind, improve, and actually win, you have found your team. ## About Tennace Academy I built this team because you cannot learn to win from someone who hasn't been in the trenches. My coaches don't just know the theory; they live it, compete in tournaments, and bring those same winning instincts to every training session you attend.
