Our training relies on a specific sequence: you start in the classroom where we break down race physics and flag rules, then you take that knowledge to Aruani Grid for supervised track sessions. You will receive direct, honest feedback on your body position and racing lines before we allow you to increase your pace. Racing is a technical sport that demands discipline, not just aggression. At Ten10, we have structured our academy to support riders at every stage of their journey. ### The Training Pathway * **Weekend Moto Intro:** This is your entry point. Held at Aruani Grid, this session transitions street riders to the track. We focus on basic body position, throttle control, and understanding track etiquette. It is a controlled environment designed to remove the fear of the circuit. * **FMSCI Level 1 & 2 Certification:** For those looking to compete, we run rigorous 2-day programs at major circuits like MMRT in Chennai or Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. This is where you learn advanced racing physics, threshold braking, and race-craft. Successful completion qualifies you for an FMSCI racing license, a mandatory requirement for National Championships. * **Monthly Pro-Racer Development:** Once you are on the track, consistency is what builds speed. Our monthly program includes weekly technical drills, video telemetry analysis, and career mentorship with coach Ramji Govindarajan.
