I prepare these dishes specifically to avoid cross-contamination in my kitchen so you can serve your guests with complete peace of mind. Managing a menu that satisfies everyone is often the hardest part of hosting. Guests frequently have specific requirements like Jain food, vegan preferences, or Vrat-friendly meals, and it can be a headache to coordinate separate arrangements. I handle this by treating these requirements as a core part of my cooking process rather than an afterthought. For Jain food, I exclude root vegetables and strictly follow the required guidelines.
