This means I bring an insider's perspective to our sessions. I do not just teach you how to hit pads, I teach you how a fighter thinks, manages adrenaline, and maintains the technical discipline required to win. My path to coaching began in the ring, but injury taught me that boxing is as much about the mind as it is about the body. Today, as an active referee and judge, I see the sport from both sides of the ropes. I bring this dual perspective to every 1-on-1 session we conduct at Cult Tardeo. ### What You Get During Our Sessions * **Technical Rigour:** I do not just look at your punches. I watch your stance, your pivots, and your weight distribution. As a referee, I know what good form looks like and how poor habits can lead to points lost or injuries sustained. * **Combat Conditioning:** We combine HIIT intervals with boxing drills. It is not just about sweating; it is about building the explosive power required for 3-minute rounds. * **Mental Toughness:** 'Ziddi Bano' (Be Determined) is not just a slogan. I train you to maintain your focus when you are tired, teaching you how to push past the wall. ### Why Train with a Referee? Because I judge and referee at events like Cult Unbound, I am constantly studying the latest fighting techniques and standards. When we work on your footwork or your combination speed, you are learning the same fundamentals used in competitive boxing.
