Many clients come to us frustrated by consumer-grade Wi-Fi devices that lag or disconnect when the router gets busy. We use the industrial-grade KNX protocol for your home’s backbone because it runs on dedicated wiring, not over the airwaves. It means your lights, curtains, and AC respond instantly, every single time, without you ever having to troubleshoot an app or restart a hub. Our process is built on a simple mantra: We Understand, We Design, We Build. It is how we turn complex tech into a home that feels intuitive and lives along with you. ### Why the 'Process' Matters Automation isn't just about plugging in a smart bulb. It’s about building a robust ecosystem that functions seamlessly. When we meet, we don't start with a product catalog. We start by asking how you live. Do you want your bedroom lights to dim slowly in the morning? Do you need the AC to kick in before you reach home? We map your daily habits first to ensure the technology actually serves you. ### The KNX Advantage We advocate for KNX because it’s the global standard for building automation. Unlike consumer-grade wireless systems that rely on your home Wi-Fi and can be prone to interference, KNX operates on a 'Green Bus' cable. It’s non-Wi-Fi, industrial-grade, and exceptionally stable. It’s the reason we can offer systems that work for years without needing a reboot. ### Integration & Design We act as the bridge between your interior designer and the electrical layout. We believe tech should blend in, not stand out. Whether it’s choosing the right keypad finish to match your wall texture or hiding the TV gear behind cabinets, we ensure the hardware enhances your interior aesthetic rather than cluttering it. ### What to Look for in an Integrator If you are interviewing different teams, ask them about their after-sales support and how they handle system updates. A true system integrator provides documentation for the entire wiring layout, ensures the programming is scalable for future devices, and stays involved from the very first conduit pipe installation until the final handover. That is the TechVault promise. ## About TechVault We are Neha and Divyang. We started TechVault in 2020 because we were tired of seeing smart homes that felt like messy science projects. Our goal is to create spaces that just work, whether it is for a 3BHK apartment or a large villa.
