Here is a look at my approach to evaluating dance talent. ## Photos and videos - [Video: I was honored to be invited as a judge for the Inter-House Dance Competition at Vibgyor International School. Having judged at schools like Vibgyor High and St. Anne's, I know exactly what separates a good performance from a winning one, and I bring that exact clarity to my coaching sessions. My role as a judge goes beyond just handing out scores. I look for technique, synchronization, and that spark—the energy that grabs the audience. I have judged everything from English Day events to large-scale inter-house competitions, and I treat every performance with the respect and attention it deserves. If you are organizing a school or college event, you need a judge who truly understands the pressure of the stage. I provide constructive feedback that helps participants grow, regardless of the final score. This judging experience is also my secret weapon when I am coaching your competition teams. I don't just teach steps; I teach your students how to structure their routine to maximize their scorecard potential, how to manage stage anxiety, and how to execute seamless transitions. I teach them what the judges are actually looking for, because I am one of them. Let's make your next event a total banger. ## About Natarani By Yashika Bhist I am Yashika, and along with my team at Natarani, I live for the energy of a live stage.
