When Team Natarani steps into your school or college fest, expect us to be on the mic engaging with the crowd, offering constructive feedback that actually helps students improve, and even jumping on stage for a quick freestyle to keep the energy levels high. We treat your event with the same passion we bring to our own performances, ensuring every dancer leaves the stage feeling celebrated, not just critiqued. Judging a competition is about balancing the technical side with the 'vibe check.' Whether it's an inter-house school competition or a massive university cultural fest, we follow a consistent, fair framework. We look at choreography, technique, expressions, and the unique spark that makes a performance stand out. ### Why book us for your judging panel? * **Active Engagement:** We aren't just there to score; we're there to host. We articulate feedback that matters to students—breaking down complex movements and explaining why a certain transition worked or didn't. * **Fairness First:** We use clear, pre-discussed rubrics to ensure every participant gets a fair shake. We’ve judged everything from KG-level annual days to university dance-offs, so we know how to adjust our commentary and scoring for the specific age group. * **On-stage Presence:** Need us to demo a hook step during the tabulation break to keep the crowd pumped? Done. Need us to calm nervous participants or hand out trophies? We are comfortable being the face of the event flow. We keep the logistics simple. We arrive early, coordinate with your sound team, and ensure the event flow stays on track. If you are planning a fest in Mumbai or looking for judges for a regional competition, let's chat about what your specific category needs. Whether it's Bollywood, Hip-hop, or Folk, we have the technical eye to spot the talent and the energy to make the event a banger. ## About Natarani By Yashika Bhist I'm Yashika, and with my team at Natarani, we treat every judging panel like a live performance.
