My team at Natarani ensures your employees feel comfortable and actually have fun during the practice sessions, so the final performance on stage is pure energy, not just a routine. ### How We Make Your Annual Day Shine When we step into your office, we don't just teach steps. We build a vibe. Whether your team has never danced before or you have a few stars in the making, we tailor the choreography so everyone feels like they belong on stage. **The Process:** * **8 Rehearsals:** We come to your office in Mumbai for 8 sessions, typically 60 to 90 minutes each. This is enough time to get everyone comfortable without disrupting the workday. * **Custom Choreography:** We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We adapt styles like Bollywood, regional folk, or theme-based routines to match your corporate culture and the energy of your team. * **Beginner Friendly:** We know the 'shy' factor is real. That is why our training starts with icebreaker games and simple moves, making the learning process feel more like a party than a drill. * **Tech Support:** Beyond the moves, we handle the audio engineering. We mix 2 to 3 tracks with seamless transitions so your 4-minute act sounds professional and stays high-energy. **Real-World Results** We recently worked with Parksons Packaging Ltd, turning their annual day into a massive team-bonding experience. We split the employees into teams for friendly dance-offs during rehearsals, which created great camaraderie before they even hit the main stage. We provide digital support as well—step-by-step video tutorials so your team can practice at home if they have stage jitters. If you have a last-minute requirement, we have pulled off full shows in as little as two days. Let’s get your team moving. ## About Natarani By Yashika Bhist Hi, I'm Yashika.
