## About Speech & Drama: Finding Their Voice

We don't do boring drills or endless worksheets here. Instead, we use theatre games and voice modulation exercises to help your child articulate their thoughts. Whether it's practicing a story in front of the group or playing a character in our role-play sessions, the goal is always for your little one to feel confident and heard.

At our YoungPlum Studio in Punjabi Bagh, we turn after-school hours into a journey of imagination. Our Speech and Drama program is about far more than just learning lines or performing in a show. It is about creating a safe, judgment-free space where children can explore their range of expression, from whispering secrets to projecting their voice for the back row.

Each session is carefully structured to move away from traditional school learning. We use techniques like:

- Voice Modulation: Helping kids understand how tone changes the meaning of a sentence.
- Creative Role-Play: Encouraging them to step into different characters, which builds empathy and reduces shyness.
- Group Storytelling: A powerful way to teach listening skills and patience as they wait for their turn to speak.

You might notice your child returning home with better articulation or perhaps a bit more theatrical flair during dinner conversations. That is the program working. We focus on social-emotional growth, ensuring every child, even the quieter ones, has the opportunity to take center stage in their own way.
