Our athletes train using the '3 S' method—Speed, Stamina, and Strength—developed over 25 years of coaching. We focus on WAKO-standard techniques, ensuring every kick, punch, and defensive movement is precise, legal, and effective under tournament conditions. At SSKKA, we believe competitive kickboxing is a way of life, not just a sport. Our fighters compete in district, state, and national WAKO championships, and we treat every training session as preparation for that stage. We do not believe in flashy moves that fail in a real bout. Instead, we drill the fundamentals until they are second nature. ### Our Training Focus * **WAKO Standards:** We train according to official regulations, ensuring our fighters are ready for Mumbai City Selection championships and beyond. You will learn the difference between street fighting and controlled, point-based competition. * **The 'Jinku Kiva Maru' Mindset:** Competition is stressful. We train you to maintain focus, control your breathing, and execute strategies when the pressure is at its peak. It is about winning with honor and never giving up, no matter how tough the opponent. * **Endurance Conditioning:** Technique fails without stamina. We run specific endurance circuits that mirror the intensity of three-round bouts. This prepares you to fight with the same intensity in the third round as you did in the first. * **Direct Mentorship:** Whether you are looking for your first gold medal or aiming for national selection, we are in your corner. Our senior Sensei and black belt assistants provide hands-on correction, ensuring your form is tournament-ready. We operate dojos across Sion, Chembur, and Lalbaug, providing consistent training environments for serious athletes.
