We start the day at 5:30 AM with rigorous conditioning, followed by technical drills in Shito Ryu Karate and Judo. It is a full immersion experience where you live, train, and bond with the team, building the mental toughness required for real martial arts success. We operate on the philosophy of 'Jinku Kiva Maru' — we win or we die. This drives every aspect of our training, whether you are attending our residential camp or a local workshop in Sion or Chembur. Our core focus lies in the three S's: Speed, Stamina, and Strength. We do not just teach fighting techniques; we teach discipline, self-defense, and patriotism. Our camps cater to all levels, from kids starting their journey to adults looking for advanced kickboxing training. We provide full-board residential options that include private bus transport, dormitory stays, and nutritious meals to support your 6 to 8 hours of daily activity. For those with tighter schedules, our 6-day city workshops focus on conditioning, calisthenics, and grading preparation. We welcome students of all abilities, including those with special needs, and pride ourselves on being an inclusive, supportive community.
