Before our athletes ever step onto the mat to compete, they undergo a specific training regimen focused on weight-category stamina, tactical sparring, and analyzing opponent patterns. We simulate tournament-day pressure in our classes, so when the real moment comes, our students know exactly how to execute their forms and defend with confidence. ### Building Champions Success in martial arts is about consistency. At SSKKA, we prepare students for high-stakes environments like the WAKO India International Kickboxing Tournament, but the journey starts long before the competition day. Our fighters train in a structured environment where every session is documented and reviewed. We break down our preparation into three core pillars: Speed, Stamina, and Strength. Without all three, a fighter cannot sustain the intensity required for competitive sparring. ### More Than Just Training Our involvement goes beyond coaching. We serve as technical officials and referees at state and national events, which gives our students an insider perspective on what judges look for—clean execution, controlled power, and tactical ring management. This allows us to teach our students not just how to fight, but how to score. ### Join Our Competitive Team Whether you are aiming for your first yellow belt or preparing for a national championship, our training path is clear. We invite students of all ages to join our batches in Sion, Chembur, and Lalbaug. * **Tournament Prep:** Specialized training for those looking to compete in kickboxing and karate circuits. * **Grading Readiness:** Intensive workshops to ensure you hit the technical standards for your next belt. * **Character Building:** We don't just focus on the physical. The mindset of 'Jinku Kiva Maru' (We win or we die) is about fighting for your goals, whether in the dojo or in life. Come train with us. Become part of the SSKKA family and start your journey toward the podium. ## About Shito Ryu Sports Karate & Kickboxing Association I am the coach and Shihan for our SSKKA family.
