These features in local papers like Laksh Maharashtra and Navrashtra aren't just about winning medals; they document the transformation of our students from shy beginners into confident, disciplined athletes. Whether it is a district kickboxing meet or a state-level karate championship, this press coverage validates the rigor of our 'Speed, Stamina, Strength' training model. When you see our students featured in the media, you are looking at the result of our unique 'Jinku Kiva Maru' (Win or Die) philosophy. This is not just a slogan; it is the mindset we instill across all our centers in Sion, Chembur, Lalbaug, and Dharavi. We operate under strict WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) standards, ensuring that our competitive training is not only challenging but also recognized at the highest levels of the sport. ### Why Local Recognition Matters For a parent, choosing the right martial arts center can be daunting. We share these media clippings because they serve as external validation of the skills we teach. When our students stand on the podium and the national anthem plays, it proves that our 'Three S's' approach—Speed, Stamina, and Strength—is effective. ### Building Champions Our curriculum focuses on: - Shito Ryu Karate basics, including Kihon and Kata - WAKO-standard competitive kickboxing drills - Real-world self-defense mechanics This training is demanding. It requires discipline, patience, and a willingness to push past physical plateaus. By sharing these articles, we celebrate the students who have put in the work, but we also want you to see the environment your child or you will be joining. It is an inclusive space, welcoming everyone from special needs students to those aiming for international glory. If you are looking for a place where hard work leads to real, visible achievement, our dojo is where you belong. We don't just train students; we build athletes who are ready for the state stage. ## About Shito Ryu Sports Karate & Kickboxing Association I am the coach, the mentor, and the 'Sir' for the SSKKA family.
