The real progress happens when you’re sweating through drills alongside teammates who push you to be better. Whether you are U-12 or U-16, our court is a place to find your rhythm and trust your squad, because that bond is what really wins games. We build complete players from the ground up, but the culture of Crossovers is what keeps them coming back. Our coaching philosophy is simple: basketball is a team sport that teaches life lessons. ### The Environment Our training isn't restricted by the weather. Whether it's our outdoor hard court in Powai or our sessions at KPC Public School in Kharghar, we train rain or shine. This consistency is key to building the resilience that separates good players from great ones. ### The Squad We group players by age and skill—from U-12 juniors finding their footing to U-16s preparing for competitive circuits. But we ensure there’s a crossover between skill levels. Seeing the seniors help the juniors is the best part of our community. It’s not just about individual stats; it’s about learning to read the floor, spacing for 3x3 play, and trusting your teammate when the pressure is on. ### Beyond the Drills Sure, we focus heavily on agility ladders, shooting mechanics, and defensive footwork. But we also make time for the fun stuff. Our Intra-Basketball League was designed to let our players test their skills in real-game scenarios without the intimidation of external tournaments. We want every kid to leave the court feeling like they gained a skill, a friend, or a bit of confidence. If you're ready to put in the work and join a group that treats 'ball is life' as a motto, we’ve got a spot for you. ## About Crossovers Academy We’re Mohsin and Nishant, and we’ve been living and breathing basketball since our days at Holy Name High. We started Crossovers to build warriors on the court, not just players. We keep the competition fierce and the community tight.
