## About Advanced Inversions & Arm Balances

Advanced poses aren't about brute force; they're about understanding your center of gravity. In my one-on-one sessions, we move past just attempting the shape. We work on the micro-adjustments—the engagement of your core, the placement of your gaze, and how to distribute weight through your palms. This is how we move from struggling in Bakasana to finding that quiet, steady hold.

### Building Your Foundation
It is natural to feel intimidated by arm balances. But the secret to a stable handstand or a graceful transition into Pincha Mayurasana lies in the prep work. We start by deconstructing these shapes. I will show you how to use wall drills to build proprioception and specific strengthening exercises to prepare your wrists and shoulders.

### The Psychology of Falling
A huge part of inversions is overcoming the fear of falling. We work on 'bailing' safely so you can practice with confidence. Once you trust that you can fall without hurting yourself, your body relaxes, and you will find you can hold those poses much longer.

### Personalized Progression in Bengaluru
Whether we meet at your home or work through a live online session, every class is tailored to your current level. If you are a beginner, we will build your strength with modified versions like 'funky crow' or tuck drills. For those more experienced, we dive into complex transitions like shifting from scorpion to arm balance or mastering Karandavasana.

### Consistency Over Perfection
Remember, the goal isn't just to nail the pose for a photo. It is to build a sustainable practice. We keep the sessions focused on steady, intelligent progress—learning to listen to your body and finding that stillness in motion even when you are upside down.

## About Praveen

I have spent years obsessed with handstands, not because they look cool, but because they taught me patience. I am here to help you deconstruct these poses, strip away the fear, and find your own balance—one drill at a time.
