Whether you want a specific flavour profile like our Kahlua-infused coffee sponge or a design inspired by your favourite comic book, we guide you through the process of choosing the right structure and size for your party. Because these are handcrafted in our home kitchen, we usually need a few days of notice to perfect those intricate buttercream details and piping work, so do reach out as early as possible. ### Your Vision, Our Oven At The Dessert Bar, customizing a cake is about more than just colours and themes. It is about matching a flavour profile to the mood of your party. Planning a sophisticated 50th or 60th milestone? We lean into textures like fresh fruit and Lotus Biscoff, or richer notes of Belgian chocolate and coffee liqueur. If it is a fun, youthful birthday, we dive into trending aesthetics like our 2D comic cakes that look like they jumped straight off a page. ### Why Our Home-Baked Approach Matters Because we operate out of our Anand Lok studio, every cake gets undivided attention. We do not do mass-produced, factory-style sponge. We focus on: * **Texture and Balance:** We adjust sweetness levels and bake density to ensure the cake does not just look good, but tastes like a genuine home-baked treat. * **Design Flexibility:** Whether you want delicate baby’s breath and gold pearls for a vintage look or something bold and boozy, we have the technique to pull it off. * **Freshness:** Everything is baked to order. We do not have cakes sitting on shelves; your dessert is crafted specifically for your delivery or pick-up slot. ### Planning Your Order Not sure what size you need? For intimate gatherings, our bento boxes are perfect, while our tiered cakes are designed to be the centerpiece for larger family celebrations across Delhi NCR. If you have a specific allergy or dietary preference, be it vegan, gluten-free, or sugar-free, just let us know. We are happy to modify our recipes to ensure everyone gets a slice. ## About The Dessert Bar Hi, I’m Sanjana! I turn your wildest cake dreams into edible art from my little sugar den in Anand Lok.
