I include food-grade pipettes filled with extra spirits so you or your guests can customize the kick before serving. When you order, let me know if you prefer a subtle infusion baked into the layers or an intense punch with extra shots on the side. Whether it is a milestone 50th birthday or a casual housewarming, these cakes are designed to be the center of attention. My signature Jack Daniel's Belgian Chocolate cake is a favorite for a reason. The deep, rich cocoa pairs perfectly with the oaky notes of the whiskey. For something lighter, I love making the Mojito Cake, which uses Bacardi Limon and fresh mint to cut through the richness of the cream cheese frosting. If you are celebrating during the holidays, you will find my Spiced and Spiked Traditional Christmas Cake, where I soak dried fruits and nuts in aged rum for weeks to develop deep, complex notes. I pay close attention to the balance in every recipe. Too much alcohol can ruin the texture of a cake, so I calculate the infusion to ensure you get that warmth without compromising the moist, soft sponge you expect. These cakes travel well within Delhi NCR, but since they contain fresh ingredients and liquor, I recommend keeping them chilled until an hour before serving. Feel free to reach out if you have a specific spirit in mind. I am always open to experimenting with your favorite tipple. ## About The Dessert Bar I am Sanjana, and my kitchen, The Dessert Bar, is where I turn your party favorites into edible celebrations. I am a big believer that adult parties deserve sweets that are just as fun as the drinks, which is why I love mixing premium spirits into my baking. When you order a cake from me, you are getting something made from scratch right here in Anand Lok.
