These almond butter cookies are my go-to for evening tea or those moments when you just need something sweet and comforting. ## Photos and videos - ![A freshly baked batch of my Almond Butter Cookies. These simple, buttery cookies are made with love and are perfect for when you just want to treat yourself.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/74b5146d-7daa-4f9e-a94f-b9f1e2c16f16) ## About Just Because... These are not store-bought; I bake them in small batches right here in Anand Lok so they stay perfectly buttery and crisp. Whether you are pairing them with your evening chai or sneaking a midnight snack, they are the simplest way to treat yo' self. When I created this 'Just Because' line, I wanted to capture the feeling of a quiet afternoon snack that actually tastes like it was made in your own kitchen. Unlike mass-produced biscuits, my Almond Butter Cookies focus on the richness of real butter and toasted almond chunks, giving them a texture that is crisp on the edges and soft in the center. You can pick these up fresh from my kitchen in Anand Lok or have a batch delivered anywhere across Delhi NCR. They pair beautifully with a hot cup of masala chai, coffee, or even a glass of cold milk. Since everything I make at The Dessert Bar is done in small batches, I recommend letting me know a day in advance so I can ensure you get the freshest cookies possible. Whether you are stocking up for the week or sending a small treat to a friend, these are the ultimate indulgence. ## About The Dessert Bar I'm Sanjana, and I believe every day deserves a little sweetness, not just the big milestones. My little sugar den in Anand Lok is where I bake these batches fresh, ensuring you get that perfect, nutty crunch in every single bite.
