From spiced Thandaai Truffles to vibrant festive hampers, I make sure your Holi celebrations are delicious and memorable. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A close-up of my special Thandaai Truffles, a bestseller during Holi. These bites are infused with the classic flavours of thandaai and coated in white chocolate, then garnished with rose petals and pistachios.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/06d6981f-5f05-48ad-b537-dc9672064e1c) ## About A Splash of Holi Colour These truffles aren't just sweet, as I blend real thandaai spices directly into the white chocolate ganache for that authentic hit of fennel, pepper, and saffron. I hand-roll every single piece and coat them in crushed rose petals and pistachios, so they look and taste exactly like the drink everyone loves, just in a bite-sized format. Holi is my favourite time to get creative in the kitchen because it allows me to experiment with traditional Indian flavours in modern, indulgent ways. My kitchen in Anand Lok turns into a colourful workshop where I prepare batches of fusion treats that go far beyond standard mithai. Aside from my signature Thandaai Truffles, I prepare items like Gujiyas with a modern twist and vibrant chocolate-enrobed sweets. If you are hosting a Holi party in Delhi NCR and need a dessert spread that guests will actually talk about, I can help. I handle everything from small home gatherings to larger celebrations, and I am always happy to customize hampers if you want to gift these treats to friends or family. My approach is simple. I use high-quality chocolate, fresh nuts, and the right mix of spices to ensure the flavour is balanced. Whether you need a small box for yourself or a bulk order for a festive event, just let me know your requirements. We can mix and match items to ensure your Holi dessert table is full of variety and colour. ## About The Dessert Bar Hi, I am Sanjana! I live for the chaos of festival seasons because that is when I get to mix up traditions and bring you flavours that actually taste like home. My little bakery in Anand Lok is always buzzing during Holi, and I would love to handle the dessert table for your party.
