I focus on meticulous draw sheet creation, precise bout scheduling, and strict adherence to World Taekwondo regulations. Whether it’s officiating at the National Games or training referees in a seminar, my goal is to ensure the integrity of every match so the athletes can perform at their best. ### Ensuring Fair Play at Every Level Officiating is not just about watching a match; it is about maintaining the sport's integrity. As a World Taekwondo-ranked International Referee with a 5th Dan Black Belt, I apply current global competition guidelines to every bout I supervise. This includes monitoring medical stoppage protocols, KO management, and overseeing the technical table to prevent disputes. ### Tournament Technical Management I offer end-to-end technical support for tournament organizers who want to elevate their event standards. This service covers the heavy lifting that often overwhelms event hosts: * **Draw Sheet Creation:** Accurate categorization of athletes to ensure fair brackets. * **Bout Scheduling:** Designing a timeline that keeps the event within designated hours. * **Weigh-in Supervision:** Verification processes one day prior to the event. * **Referee Roster Management:** Coordinating the team on the floor for efficient, non-stop action. ### Training the Next Generation Beyond direct event management, I lead referee seminars across India. These workshops are essential for local associations looking to align with national standards. We move beyond theory, focusing on practical drills, hand signals, and video analysis of scoring scenarios. By certifying officials under the Taekwondo Federation of India (TFI) guidelines, I help create a consistent standard of judging across the country. If you are organizing a championship and need an experienced hand to manage the technical floor, I am ready to travel to your location to ensure your event runs smoothly and fairly. ## About Taureaux Taekwondo Academy My name is Master Naveen Chandra, and I believe Taekwondo is a life-long discipline.
