Whether I am serving as the Technical Head for a Junior National Championship or overseeing referee rosters, my focus is on maintaining the integrity of the rules. I handle the technical workflows—from draw sheet creation and bout scheduling to weigh-in supervision—to ensure your event runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets World Taekwondo standards. Professional officiating is the backbone of any serious Taekwondo competition. When you bring in a certified technical director or referee, you are not just hiring an individual; you are ensuring that the bout rules, safety protocols, and scoring systems are applied with consistency and neutrality. ### My Technical & Officiating Services * **Technical Directorship:** For tournament organizers, I provide end-to-end technical management. This includes creating official draw sheets, organizing weigh-ins, managing floor logistics, and coordinating referee rosters. My goal is to reduce the administrative burden on you so you can focus on the event atmosphere. * **Referee & Jury Services:** As a World Taekwondo ranked International Referee, I provide on-mat expertise for both Kyorugi and Poomsae categories. Whether acting as the Center Referee or the Jury President, I enforce current global competition guidelines, handle protests, and ensure athlete safety through strict medical stoppage protocols. * **Referee Training Workshops:** I conduct seminars to upskill local officials. We cover World Taekwondo theoretical rules, practical hand signals, and match management scenarios, often ending with certification assessments to elevate the standard of officiating in your region. ### Why Professional Management Matters I have served as a technical official and head at high-stakes events like the 40th National Junior Championships and the 6th Cadet National Championships. These events require precise timing and strict rule enforcement to remain credible. By outsourcing the technical side to an experienced professional, you avoid common pitfalls like scheduling bottlenecks or disputed scoring. I travel across India to support district, state, and national-level events. If you are planning a championship and want a clean, professional, and rule-compliant tournament, let’s discuss your technical requirements. ## About Taureaux Taekwondo Academy I am Master Naveen Chandra, a 5th Dan Black Belt and World Taekwondo certified International Referee.
