This isn't just about learning forms; it's about training your tactical awareness so you score points when it matters most in the ring. At Taureaux Taekwondo Academy, our training is built on the 'Five S' regimen: Stamina, Speed, Strength, Skill, and Spirit. We don't just teach the basics; we prepare you for the realities of competition. Whether you are aiming for the Karnataka State Taekwondo Championships or the Khelo India Games, our curriculum is designed to move you beyond the basics. My approach combines rigorous physical conditioning with the strategic insight only an international official can provide. You will learn to manage your energy during Kyorugi (sparring), master the precision required for Poomsae (forms), and understand the judging criteria that separate winners from participants. We focus on explosive power, reaction time, and ring management. Our training locations in JP Nagar and Basavanagudi provide a structured environment where discipline is the standard. We follow the World Taekwondo scoring standards closely, ensuring that every session is geared toward national-level competitiveness. ### Why Choose Our Academy? * **Referee-Led Training:** Benefit from technical insights that help you understand scoring and rule application. * **Competition Focus:** Dedicated prep for district, state, and national events like the Khelo India Games and CISCE Nationals. * **Holistic Development:** We build confidence and character alongside physical ability, using drills that test both your fitness and your resolve. If you are serious about your progress and ready to put in the hours, you will find a supportive and challenging environment here. We take your growth seriously, one belt at a time. ## About Taureaux Taekwondo Academy I am Master Naveen Chandra, a 5th Dan Black Belt dedicated to building champions through rigorous, disciplined training. Whether you are aiming for your first yellow belt or preparing for national competitions like the Khelo India Games, my goal is to guide you with the same precision I use on the judging panel.
