Whether it is our full-month program or a specialized sadhana workshop, we maintain small batch sizes to ensure you receive hands-on corrections for your body geometry and breathing synchronization. If you are serious about refining your practice, this is where we begin. Yoga in the Isha tradition is often misinterpreted as just physical exercise. True sadhana requires a different kind of attention, to your breath, your alignment, and the space you create within. In our correction workshops, we strip away the distraction. We focus on the minute details of Angamardana or the spinal alignment in Yoga Namaskar. These sessions are intensive. For our foundation workshops, 100% attendance is mandatory because once you learn the sequence, you must own it. It is not something you can piece together from videos later. Beyond the physical postures, these workshops are about establishing a rhythm. Whether you are a beginner joining the full-month ladies program or an experienced practitioner joining us for Margazhi sadhana, the goal is the same, to move from doing yoga to being in yoga. We offer these sessions both in our consecrated hall in Doddakallasandra and through live online modules for those outside Bangalore. If you have been falling off your practice, or if you feel your alignment has drifted, these sessions are the reset point. My approach to yoga comes from the Isha tradition, where we focus on Hatha Yoga as a tool for inner transformation.
