It is a humbling process. You might think your alignment is perfect, but a subtle shift in your knee or a slight tilt in your hand can change the entire impact of an asana. This is why our community matters—we are here to hold space for each other and keep the practice honest. The path of Hatha Yoga is often thought of as an individual effort, but the truth is, it requires a Sangha—a community of seekers. My own journey began with rigorous Hatha Yoga teacher training at the Isha Yoga Center, surrounded by people who dedicated themselves to this inner technology. We were a diverse group of nuts, all united by one purpose: to offer these powerful tools to the world. ### Why Practice Together? Yoga is subtle. It is about energy, geometry, and breath. When you practice alone, patterns set in. You might develop small misalignments—a bent thumb, a tilted heel, or uneven shoulders—that you simply cannot see. That is why I organize regular practice correction sessions in our Doddakallasandra studio. These gatherings are not just about perfecting a pose. They are about maintaining the sanctity of the practice. We are a diverse group—coders, artists, students—all united by the desire for something deeper. ### Finding Your Sangha in Bengaluru Whether it's our weekend meetups or quiet, guided sessions, these gatherings are time for sadhana, sharing ideas, and the occasional laughter over tea. If you feel your practice has hit a plateau, or you have simply lost your way, know that you do not have to navigate it alone. We are here to support you. You can join our regular group sessions to refine your alignment and reconnect with your inner space, alongside people who are walking the same path. ## About Ramya I'm Ramya.
