Whether it is assessing wind patterns for driving range orientation, selecting the correct grass for your short game area, or integrating high-speed video and TrackMan into your studios, I design spaces that eliminate guesswork. If you are ready to move beyond basic facilities and build an academy that rivals international standards, we need to focus on the technical mechanics of your site design. ### Engineering Performance Building a facility that creates champions is not just about aesthetics. It is about how the land, technology, and operational philosophy interact. ### My Approach to Facility Development * **Site Feasibility & Architecture:** I conduct on-site assessments to study wind patterns and terrain, ensuring driving ranges, target greens, and studio spaces are positioned to mimic real-world championship conditions. This includes contouring advice for short game areas (5,000–10,000 sq ft) to test complexity and touch. * **Technology Integration:** We move beyond basic equipment. I coordinate the procurement and layout of essential tech stacks—TrackMan 4, SAM PuttLab, and high-speed video setups—integrating them into high-performance studios designed with proper lighting and acoustics. * **Agronomy Advisory:** Success starts underfoot. I provide recommendations on grass types, such as Bermuda or Paspalum, tailored to your local climate to ensure sustainable, high-quality playing surfaces year-round. * **Operational Framework:** A great facility needs a business model. I assist with revenue projection, student capacity planning, and staffing, including drafting job descriptions and interviewing your Head Coach and Sports Science team. ### Turning Vision into Legacy This is not a quick fix. My consulting process takes 3 to 4 months of rigorous planning. From Olympic lifting platforms in your fitness center to the specific slope of your putting greens, every detail is engineered to support the TSG High-Performance Philosophy. We build, we equip, and then we train your team to operate it as a professional academy. ## About Tarun Sardesai Golf Academy I am Tarun Sardesai.
