You will leave with a clear methodology for identifying physical limitations in your students and the communication skills to coach, not just instruct. We use the same curriculum I deploy at clubs like Royal Calcutta Golf Club, ensuring your training is grounded in what actually produces results on the tour. ### Raising the Bar for Golf Instruction The golf industry often relies on outdated instructional methods. I built the TSG coach development program to change this. We move past generic tips and focus on the science of improvement, ensuring you can deliver objective, data-driven feedback to your players. ### What We Cover * **Technical Precision:** We break down Ground Reaction Forces, pivot dynamics, and how to interpret TrackMan data to refine student performance. * **Holistic Integration:** Coaching is physical and mental. You will learn to apply TPI-based movement screenings to prevent student injuries and implement long-term athletic development programs. * **The Mentorship Mindset:** Teaching golf is a skill separate from playing golf. We dedicate time to communication strategies, helping you shift from simply demonstrating drills to actively empowering your students. ### Why This Approach Works My system is validated by results. Whether it is working with international experts like Alex Buckner or implementing curricula at top schools, the common thread is rigorous, continuous learning. When you adopt the TSG method, you are not just getting a new set of drills; you are learning how to build a high-performance culture within your own academy. ## About Tarun Sardesai Golf Academy I have been through the grind as a player, and I know that the difference between an average instructor and a great coach is the system they follow. I am here to share that system with you so we can collectively raise the standard of golf training in this country.
