We use force plates and radar data to see exactly how your body creates power—and where you are leaking it. This isn't just about looking better on camera; it is about objective, repeatable numbers that tell us what you need to fix next. In golf, subjective 'feel' often leads to inconsistent practice and slower progress. At TSG Academy, we shift the conversation from opinion to evidence. We utilize a comprehensive tech stack—including TrackMan for ball flight and club data, HackMotion for wrist mechanics, and GASP force plates to analyze ground reaction forces—to build a scientific profile of every athlete. ### Why Data Matters Most players spend hours hitting balls without a specific objective. Our data-driven approach changes that. When we map your swing using 3D motion capture, we can identify specific faults in your transition or release that are invisible to the naked eye. We then use platforms like Upgame to track your on-course performance, ensuring that the practice you do at the range directly translates to lower scores during competition. ### The Process 1. **Baseline Assessment:** We start by gathering data on your current ball flight, club path, and ground interaction. 2. **Gap Analysis:** We compare your numbers against professional benchmarks to identify the most critical areas for improvement. 3. **Prescriptive Training:** We don't change your whole swing. We implement drills designed specifically to alter the one or two data points that will yield the biggest performance gain. 4. **Review:** We regularly re-test your numbers. If the data doesn't move, we change the drill. This is a 6-month journey for our coaches to master, but for the student, it is the fastest way to shorten your learning curve.
