I focus on site feasibility studies, agronomy advisory for grass types like Bermuda and Paspalum, and operational modeling that ensures your academy generates revenue while training serious athletes. Building a lasting golf academy is not about installing a few nets and hiring a local pro. It is about creating a development ecosystem that functions with the precision of a business and the rigor of a sports team. My consulting service provides the blueprint to achieve this, based on my experience scaling programs at institutions like the Royal Calcutta Golf Club and Clover Greens. ### Infrastructure and Technical Design I oversee the physical and technical layout to ensure your facility supports long-term growth. This includes: * **Site Feasibility:** Assessing wind patterns, land topography, and orientation. * **Range and Studio Design:** Defining specifications for hitting bays, target greens, and high-performance studios to optimize traffic and practice efficiency. * **Tech Integration:** Specifying and procurement support for TrackMan radar, SAM PuttLab, and high-speed video systems, ensuring the technology is used to enhance instruction rather than sit idle. ### The Operational Blueprint An academy is only as good as its management. I implement a rigorous operational framework that moves beyond teaching swings. We define the business model, including fee structures and student capacity planning, and I assist in the recruitment of your Head Coach and Sports Science leads. ### The 'Train the Trainer' Model Sustainability comes from your coaches. I implement a professional development curriculum that turns your staff into mentors. By deploying my proprietary TSG Junior and Adult development pathway, I ensure that every instructor on your team follows a unified teaching philosophy, maintaining high standards regardless of the specific coach. We provide the systems for progress tracking, sports science integration, and athlete load management, ensuring you are building a legacy, not just a training camp. ## About Tarun Sardesai Golf Academy My career as a player taught me that most academies in India are missing the infrastructure and methodology required to build real champions. I work with clubs and schools to bridge that gap, implementing the same high-performance systems I use at my academy in Zion Hills.
