I make sure the structural integrity of your home matches the drawings, because a design is only as good as the execution behind the walls. Building a home is a messy, complicated process, and that is why I am present. Whether I am handling a modern glass facade project in Noida or a classical house structure in Faridabad, my process focuses on two things: structural reliability and consistent oversight. ### The Construction Process I handle the entire lifecycle of your project. This starts with the raw excavation, where I ensure the foundation is strong, using TATA or Jindal steel reinforcement and Ultratech cement. I am on-site to verify that the masonry and plumbing lines are placed exactly where they need to be, so you don't run into issues after the walls are plastered. ### From Structure to Finish Once the skeleton is up, the interior work begins. I manage the electrical wiring, the flooring, and the custom woodwork, like 13-foot high TV units or arched wall panels. My goal is to ensure that the final result feels cohesive. If I am installing Italian marble or setting up modern lighting, I am there to inspect the finish quality before the crew packs up. ### Why Work With Me My approach is simple: you deal only with me. There are no middlemen to deal with, and there is no confusion about who is responsible for the site. I limit the number of active projects I take on at any time across Delhi-NCR so that I can consistently visit your site. You get a house that is built to last and finished to look exactly like the plan we started with. ## About Tarun Mehta I am Tarun Mehta. If you visit my active sites in Noida, Gurugram, or Faridabad, you will not find me behind a desk. You will find me in the middle of the construction, checking every brick and fitting personally.
